职位描述

Job Output:
? Be responsible for Armstrong China employees' recruitment and staffing related affairs.

Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
? Organizes open positions (G7 to G9) placement activities, including advertisement, evaluation of applications and interviews.
? Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Meet with managers to develop specific recruiting plans.
? Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms including ensuring high quality of service.
? Develops and maintain professional relationships with university placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
? Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
? Coordinates logistics and administrative activities for staffing process, such as interview scheduling, travel and lodging arrangement for applicants etc.
? Conducts reference and background checks.
? Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
? Develops an appropriate salary proposal for new hire
? Be responsible for new hire on-boarding process including file and social security transferring.
? Other HR duties required from the company.

? Administrative and HR personnel of Asia

? Recruiting service providers
? Local area counterparts in HR

Measures of Effectiveness:
? Recruitment results
? Customer satisfaction

Education & Work Experience:
? University degree from an accredited university.
? Minimum of five years in Human Resources with three years in professional recruiting within a foreign multi-national company.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
? High sense of customer focus and extra-ordinary detail management skills.
? Ability to set priorities work independently with a high sense of urgency with the need to drive client satisfaction.
? Knowledge of effective interviewing methods.
? Presence to effectively position the staffing opportunity to job seekers and coach hiring managers on effective selection models.
? Good command of oral and written English.
? Good computer skills.
? Self-motivated, independent, open-mined with high integrity.
? Enjoy working with others and be results orientated with a strong desire to learn.
? Effective communication skills.
? Good presentation skills.
? High degree of integrity.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
? Need some travel to support regional staffing project requirement.
