Purpose of the Job

？ The purpose of the job is to deliver proactive and future oriented Business Control services to the Business Unit
？ Management Team. The responsibility area of this position is Company Asia Pacific North Asia.

Job descriptions

？ Ensure financial reporting data accuracy
？ Budget and internal control and follow up
？ Manage and control costs, material efficiency (Waste, Claims and Second quality) and working capital
？ Carry out customer & product profitability analysis
？ Support sales by providing and implementing the standard pricing tools for product and service costing
？ Improving the planning and result forecasting methods and accuracy
？ Implement and supervise the adaptation of the given policies and rules (Company rules, Credit policy, Hedging policy, transfer pricing policy etc.)
？ Supervise the customer credit risks and controls the working capital tied-up.
？ Follow the invoicing flows and currency risk positions.
？ Supervise the cash management and cash flow planning in co-operation with finance manager and Tempere HQ responsible persons.
？ Coordinate the funding of the subsidiaries and investment projects
？ Sparring partner for local and area management in the area
？ Proactively and constructively point out business improvement potential
？ Support Business process and IT-tools development
？ Promote cross-divisional and cross-functional co-operation through networking

Requirements

？ Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
？ Preferably ACCA or CIMA qualified
？ At least 5 years of related working experience.
？ Fluent English language skill
？ Good knowledge of SAP, HFM, Cognos system
？ Good communication skill and strong leadership
？ Deep MS Excel & PowerPoint practical knowledge
