Responsibilities:
1. Assist Internal Audit Manager to perform Store Audit, Corporate Audit and Group Audit assignments, follow up the post-audit action plans and recommendation for improvements;
2. Assist Internal Audit Manager to optimize internal control processes, provide active consulting, coordinate with business functions to build or update internal control policies and procedures;
3. Ensure timely and effectively delivery audit reports, run data analytics reports and follow-up on Red flags;
4. Main professional and effective cooperation with business functions and Retail teams;
5. Other various audit task, ad hoc projects, and investigation cases assigned.
Qualification:
1. +3 years working experiences in Internal Audit/Internal Control/Compliance & Investigation/Finance Control functions with MNC or Big-4, preferably with working experience in Retail industry or related industries;
2. Bachelor’s degree is required; hold a relevant qualification or post-graduate studies from relevant professional bodies (e.g. CIA, CPA and etc.) is a plus;
3. Analytical skills and logical thinking, good written and communication skills;
4. Independent, pro-active, result-oriented, cooperation working attitude;
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
6. Good skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
7. High ethical standards and trustworthy;
8. Willing to travel (30-40%).
