MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1.Associate degree holder or higher in any disciplines.
2.At least 2 year HR experience of recruitment.
3.Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Power point.
4.Good command of written and spoken English.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6.Good teamwork.
7.Understand labor market in East China.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1.Recruiting
a.Update weekly staffing report timely and accurately;
b.Timely put internal AD/update related parties the status/arrange referral bonus;
c.Find right external candidate and give offer within 2 month;
Put external AD efficiently
d.Arrnage the internal candidate be interviewed by departments.
2.Jian Xi Sheng program and Summer Intern Program
a.Timely follow In/Out process of Jian Xi Sheng program and file related documents properly;
b.Ensure every milestone during Jian Xi period is done and related documents filed properly.
c. Hire the Summer intern and follow up the program according to the project.
3.Exit interview
a.Timely complete exit interview and follow up related process.
4.Community
a.Weekly contact NGO to contact with some volunteer, and send the volunteer activities every week , even more activities in GVM. Ensure everyone completed the hours more than 5.88;
b.Contact with NGO and do the Grant and Sponsorships.
5.L&D
a.Compliance Training. Ensure every employee do compliance training according to the Guideline;
b.NHO. -Ensuring every new hire attend NHO;
c.Area Training arrangement including GMA and follow up: BTLIY and BRW &DWPBR, supporting Dist. Training as MLP, DS and etc,;
d.JPSA goal setting , Second Half-year review and JPSA Closing,
Weekly process CSTR and TR(if have TR);
e.Monthly Turnover report;
f.Monthy Express certifiication rate report;
6.Communication
a.Weekly send the PCM to the dept;
b. Daily send the internal communication to dept. if have it;
c.Maintaining PCM Name list timely and do the PCM arrangement weekly;
d.Sending the internal magazine to the management and arranging play the video (UPS internal communciation) to all location in SHA CTU, CKG,WHU's Location quarterly.
