Responsibility:
-Work closely with department leaders to identify and analyze the training needs of individuals or groups of employees to develop training programs.
-Develop company wide training system/policy/procedures as well as set up annual training programs/schedules for all functions and levels based on talents development, business growth needs, and budget.
-Design, resource, and deliver qualified internal training programs, recommend externally-provided programs.
-Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers.
-Counsel employees and managements about the company's training programs and policies and arrange for employees to participate in internal and external training.
-Coordinate training implementation and process in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the company's policies and standards.
-Maintain and analyze the company and individual training records.
-Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials.
-Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors.
-Develop and evaluate internal trainers.
Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resource, Business Administration, or management related.
-Good written and spoken English.
-About 5 years related experience in a foreign invested company, and minimum 3 year as a professional trainer.
-Qualification of TTT, Internal Auditor or equivalent is a plus.
-Familiar with different training channels and their effectiveness.
-Excellent communication (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills and coordination skills).
-Strong project management and follow-up skills.
