2、三年以上写字楼/综合体/写字楼工作经验，熟悉物业服务内容及流程（保安保洁等）；
3、会使用计算机及办公软件，沟通良好，有责任心；
4、具备较强的沟通能力，执行力，较强的主动服务意识
