Purpose of the position
Assist Overland Control Tower to handle daily project operation, perform coordination between customers, internal PA depts and project assigned vendors
Key Tasks
· Serves as contact window between customer, BU team and sub-contractor in handling daily operation
· Handles daily customer job order and performs work coordination with appointed vendors
· Tracking and tracing daily job order
· Follows trace queues and prepares daily trace report, update customers job order status
· Follow project SOP implementation and check tasks compliance
· Handles and respond to customer inquiries
· Handles complaints and support customer resolve problem by perform investigation on root cause, case analysis and submit CAP (Corrective action plan) to customers
· Collect POD, file as per customer requirements and arrange delivery to customers
· Monthly billing report analysis, check and confirm with both customers and vendors prior invoice issue
· Prepare monthly KPI report on each project and vendor
· Assist sub-contractor manager to hold regular supplier review meeting
· Assist project implementation manager to hold regular service review meeting with customer
· Assist sub-contractor management team to perform vendor internal audit and related document filing works comply with ISO and Corporate audit requirements
