Position: Shipping Associate
Reports to: General Manager
Department: China

JOB SUMMARY:
The main responsibility is to provide assistance with the shipping documentation of exports.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Monitor and administer the list of open PO's with suppliers
督查指导供应商处理订单
? Preparing all related export documents
准备所有相关出口材料
? Preparing all related import documents for the destination country
为目的国家，准备所有相关进口材料
? Liaising with vendors to ensure that all incoming shipments are on time
与供应商联系，确保出货准时装箱
? Liaising with our clients for the correct export shipping method and communicating these to the vendors
与客户联系有关货运方式，并及时告知供应商
? Booking incoming shipments with freight forwarders for export
与货代订舱
? Arranging local freight collection from the vendors
安排本地货代
? Verifying that all documentation is complete
确保材料信息完整无误
? Managing payments to agent/brokers in China and that related documentation is completed correctly
管理报关行应付金额，确保材料信息完整无误

? Providing the Logistics Manager with assistance on any relevant logistics projects
协助物流经理完成项目
? Maintaining high quality records
维持高质量的货运记录
? Support the Logistics Manager for continuous improvements in SOP's

COMMUNICATIONS:
? Follow up with factories to insure shipments are delivered to us on time and complete
? Follow up with factories to insure shipments are on time - alerts purchasing of any changes

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
? Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must
? Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university
? Computer literate
? 1-3 years working experience preferred
? Experience in exporting, freight, transportation, etc. preferred
? International background, i.e. overseas qualification and/or experience would be a bonus 举报 分享
