岗位名称：物流专员 Logistics Specialist

工作地点：北京

工作职责：
1. 根据公司物流SOP流程，负责处理日常物流业务（包括协调相关分供方、客户和公司内部人员、单证制作、库存数据更新等等）
2. 操作完成后与客户和公司内部相关方进行财务结算工作
3. 及时了解客户需求，提供相关建议和解决方案
4. 物流业务的对外报价及物流客户的日常维护，协助销售人员开发物流客户
5. 及时处理各项紧急突发事件，包括客户投诉案例，提供有效的客户反馈意见

岗位要求：
1. 在仓储物流行业有3年以上工作经验，熟悉物流仓储操作环节，具备一定的物流方案设计和规划能力
2. 熟悉WMS系统的录入，设置，数据转换，报表制作
3. 具备较好的英语水平，能够操作英文界面的WMS系统，并以英文进行书面交流
