Duties of Position:
1. Monitor daily operation of Quality department and quality related matters.
2. Promote Continuous Improvement program, aiming to reduce number of defects and improve quality levels.
3. Responsible for Quality Management system and its execution. Develop and maintain Quality System such as TS/ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.
4. Lead the quality assurance pre-planning work such as PFMEA, PPAP and Mistake proofing.
5. Establish and implement the Non-Conformance Product containment plans and problem elimination
6. Review, evaluate and establish the plan for implementing customer quality requirements
7. Ensure operation adhere with procedures, quality and work safety
8. Work with customer to improve quality issue and provide solution on time
9. Provide quality advice on quality issue and decision making
10. Assure company and customer KPI will be achieved
Qualifications Required:
1.Bachelor degree in Electronics background, EMS in dusty preferred
2.Min 10 years working experience, which contains at least 5 years in quality management area.
3. Hand on experience in PCBA & Box Build Assembly with product quality & supplier management experiences.
4. Extensive experience with ISO and TS or similar standards.
5. Fluent English both oral & written.
