Overview:
?Finish the recruitment mission within schedule
?Finish the related HR report accurate
?Setting & implementing employee training & development plan, to improve employees' competence, working skills, leadership.
Principle Accountabilities:
Staffing
?Utilization of HRIS and Langxin or other HR Management Systems
?Develop recruitment channels, and partner with talent research agencies, and laborer suppliers.
?Partner with internal Hiring managers to identify the manpower needs.
?Develop and or improve the hiring guidelines, policies and process.
?Screen the candidates and make the recommendations to Hiring managers.
?Involved in the interview with Hiring managers, and follow up the interview process.
?Responsible for fresh hiring (college & technical)
?Responsible for Headcount Report on a month base
Training
?Responsible for Training demand survey & assistance to set training & development plan
?Responsible for training resource, and organizing outside training
?Training assessment for further improvement on resource, trainer, programs and etc.
?Manage the Training Bond per policy
?Orientation training program for new employee
Critical Competencies:

Education/Requirements:
?Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Science or Language (or equivalent)
?Above 7 years of staffing generalist experience, 3 years working experiences on training and development under a multinational manufacturer.
?Technical knowledge of employment laws is a must
?Manufacturing/engineering experience preferred
?Staffing / recruitment in manufacturing or Auto-parts manufacturing environment preferred
?Working experience in multinational company (JV or WOFE) especially in American company preferred
?Experience on internal trainer preferred.
?Advanced computer skills
?Ability to negotiate effectively
?Outgoing and social character
?Strength in communication skills
?Knowledge of English language
