JOB OBJECTIVES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Working knowledge in International Standards such as ASME, GB, ASTM, ISO related to pressure vessel, machinery and raw materials like plate, forgings and tube/pipe/fittings

2. Strong background and experience in supplier quality assurance, quality control and quality management, familiar with vendor qualification and auditing.

3. Experience in managing multi suppliers, preferably in mechanical industry.

4. Knowledge in ISO 9000/QS 9000/ISO 14001.

5. Demonstrated Leadership skills in managing a group, problem solving, planning, influencing & interpersonal skills. Direct responsibility for Quality Inspectors, QA engineers, NDT-engineers and Expediting-Engineers.

6.Proficiency in written and oral communications in English is must; Good presentation skills.

7. Proactive, initiative and self motivated; passion for work and commitment.

8. Performs a variety of tasks; large degree of creativity and latitude is expected

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Min 15 years working experience in quality function in a mechanical/ pressure vessel manufacturing company or in the third party inspection company or QA/QC function in Engineering & Construction company

2. Min 10 years of experience as a team leader in Quality/Inspection Management position.

3. Self-directed and motivated individual who is willing to accept responsibility.

4. Ability to work under pressure; positive and optimistic; forward looking

5. Good team player

6.Masters or Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Technologist Diploma in a related discipline like metallurgical, material, welding, mechanic
