JOB OBJECTIVES:
He/She is managing the team responsible for the follow up of the long term umbrella contracts with the Engineering partners. He/she has to manage the contracts with the engineering partners. He/she will watch over key performance indicators and reports the areas, which need improvement and development. He/she will perform reviews and/or audits when needed, and work closely with the project managers on the project for follow up. He/she will ensure that resources in the team meet the job requirements and will further develop as a continuous learning organization. He/She will establish and maintain long-term working relationships or partnerships between the company and engineering partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be responsible for contract modification and ensuring the signed contracts, or any revision are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support project implementation.
2.Oversee and monitoring in contract management of the project, and ensure that the Project's contractual activities are conducted and managed in accordance with BASF's policies and procedures and umbrella service contracts.
3.Support closing up of contracts and ensure project close-out report, warranties/ guarantees are in place through the Project Team.
4.Collect and share good practices and lessons learned in project contract administration to improve further contract management and update umbrella service contracts.
5.Develop and implement systems to monitor the performance of the engineering services from engineering partners in accordance with BASF procedure and umbrella service contracts a
6.Support project team in setting up, monitoring and implementing KPIs, follow up on corrective actions.
7.Manage and monitor the progress of the projects/ contracts inclusive of supporting project team in Service Order (SO) preparation, progress payments and change orders when required.
8.Overall support for building up the project contract functions and strengthens contract management capability for the projects.
9. Participates actively in leading major local negotiations, and leads in negotiation of significant disputes/ claims to acceptable resolution based on company needs.
10. Provide guidance and training on contract matters, practices and procedures to project team or other operational staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree mandatory
2. At least more than 10 years total work experiences in chemical or petrochemical industry .At least more than 8 years work experiences in project contorl and scheduling 3. Open minded active, creative team-player and self-motivated.
4. Skilled in relevant software and tools.
5. Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills
