职位描述：
Principal mission of the position
* Application of Group Standards (SQM and AQP.pp) with suppliers
* Validation of Supplier components on time vs. project milestones
* Technical expertise for Problem Solving / incidents created by suppliers in projects and current production

Key responsibility/task:

* Respect strictly the SQM (Supplier Quality Manual) and validate the AQP.pp deliverables
* Raise all technical issues encountered by the suppliers requiring a modification of the drawing, specification or VRF
* Perform Process audit for project and incident closing and follow up corrective actions
*Support the preparation of the Recover Suppliers Quality meetings when supplier improvement is required
*Support the SD&P deployment at supplier with Genba activities
*Coach supplier standardize process by apply VAELO STEDE tools
*Contribute for the key indicators for the scope of his or her region of operation and the commodity in charge :
1. IS approved on time vs. initial project time-line 100%
2. Red Launches along the probationary period (Stage 6)
* Responsible for key indicators:
1. Actions on time >90%
2. SD&P exist on time
3. Daily report to VALEO
*Follow others actions assigned by VALEO

Qualification and experience:

* Bachelor degree in engineering background
* 3 to 10 years in Automotive OEM or at Supplier
*Supplier quality management experience
*Skilled in 5 axes TQ and Auditor Certified
