1.Monthly Reporting: prepare and present explanations for variances in actual and forecast business performance for the prior month and current month forecast. Capital Expenditure Review: responsible for the control and continuous development of the Capital Appropriation Approval process and post approval monitoring / review.
2.Monthly Business Performance Review: prepare and present a detailed review of projected business performance for the full year by month, presentation includes the use of sensitivity analysis to develop best worst and probable case scenarios. This wide ranging review encompasses all areas of business activity from sales and margin by product to cash generation by currency and site. To be completed by day 3 following prior month end.
3.Project Management: working with Business Engagement Teams on new business opportunities and the review of existing product offerings the Finance Manager key responsibility is to ensure maintenance of robust financial projections for each project and facilitate the development of alternative scenarios to highlight project strengths and weaknesses.
4.Report actual and forecast financial results to group financial consolidation system
5.Treasury management: Cash flow forecasting, manage banking facilities, corporate reporting and systems development
6.Working capital management and review: credit control, purchase ledger management, stock accounting
7.Overhead expense reporting and management, including budget development and forecasting
8.Engineering project cost allocation and expenditure reporting
9.Statutory and external reporting: Annual statutory accounts return, Corporation tax, VAT and Customs tariff / duty compliance, compliance with transfer pricing
10.Tax planning: working closely with parent company tax managers and external advisors to ensure compliance with national tax regulations
Responsible to management company legal issues related to contracts etc


Job Requirements & Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, about 8 years related working experience and min 3 years management role experience.
2. Experience in Manufacture Company.
3. Experience in ERP systems.
4. Fluent English and Chinese Language oral and written communication skills are must.
5. Skillful in PC operation, especially EXCEL.
6. Work initiative and self-motivation, strong team work and collaboration spirit.
7. Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
8. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
