部门：中小企业金融

Scope of Role:
? Support RM/BDE in their direct and indirect sales efforts and contribute towards achieving sales target of the team.
? Provide pre and post sales services and support to Business Client customers in a bid to boost their utilization of our products, services and credit facilities.
? Identify and maximize cross selling and up selling opportunities through referral to RMs (internal) or other product channels (external).
? Compliance and CDD follow up for account maintenance.
? Tracking and completion of monthly reports.
? Support Sales Directors to achieve budget and contribute towards the revenue of Business Clients.


Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
? Handle general incoming enquiries from internal and external customers
? Facilitate account opening and fulfillment of required documentation.
? Assist the obtaining of company search/credit checking/valuation reports for new customers/prospect.
? Prepare simple correspondences.
? Provide administrative support
? Assist in delivering sales initiatives jointly with RMs.
? Maintain database on client contacts made via Customer Service Hotline.
? Assist Marketing Team for particular product launch, customer event etc as and when required
? Make sales calls for simple product e.g.FX,S2B,TB etc
? Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties. Job holder must report any suspicious transaction to Head of CDD Operations via LINE MANAGER (reporting manager) or directly to the Country Head of Financial Crime Risk in urgent or exceptional circumstances.
