职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:

- Working for hardware development of 48V system control modules and access modules
- Design: Analysis of requirements, schematic design with design-to-cost approach, component selection, worst-case calculation, generation of design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), documentation
- Validation: Electrical verification, thermal validation, design of load boxes for EMC and reliability tests, documentation
- Interface to manufacturing: Generation of bill of material, product test specification support

Key competencies:

- Master or bachelor degree, major in Electrical Engineering or similar
- 3+ years’ work experience in hardware design, electrical and automotive industry background is preferred
- Knowhow and experience in power electronics, analogue electronic design, simulation, test and validation
- Good knowledge in using E-CAD, simulation and calculation software tools
- Basic quality and development process knowledge
- Strong hands-on lab experiential testing skills and schematic design
- Strong experience in analog circuit / pre-driver for MOSFET design
- Familiar with solenoid or motor control
- Knowledge of design to cost and design for manufacturing
- Cooperating skills and communication skills with internal & external customers
- Fluent in English
