职位描述：
Working under the leadership of Retail Operations Manager and in partnership with the Deckers Asia Pacific and Global UGG retail team, the Retail Operations Executive’s role is to execute operational systems and procedures that will streamline productivity in the areas of store systems, policy and procedure, efficiencies, inventory management, loss prevention, store supply program and operations projects and initiatives. Further they will drive the customer experience by ensuring that the Brand identity is consistent with the Brand domestically, understanding cultural differences that optimize performance in the long- term. ROS should have ability of analyses
And will suport ROM to launching global program , ops audit ,new store opening , inventory management .

40% Communication:
Positively maintain proper channels of communication existing between the regional retail team and the corporate partners, the stores and office colleagues to build strong partnerships and drive sales, and other financial targets.
Assist operations manager to train and develop store management on operational functions and to deliver operational excellence.
Working with corporate partners and under operations manager’s guide, develop business processes to effectively support the China retail operations and implement Company’s Standard Operating Procedures where indicated.
Prepare reporting weekly and monthly reports for review by the Retail Management team. Ensures adherence to budgets and performance standards related to sales, margin and operating expense by facilitating regular reviews and identifying areas for improvement.

30% Policy and Procedures:
Directed by Retail Operations Manager, work with Retail team to establish Policy and Procedure practices. Ensure understanding and ownership at the store level.
Responsible for keeping most current P&P version in stores and available to all store employees and translated into the Chinese language.

20%Store Supplies and Facilities
Work with Store Supplies in US to create and maintain a cost effective, efficient, and cohesive store supply for stores(shopping bags etc).
Works with stores to maintain supply budget, stay in stock and communicates any needed changes to program with recommended solutions.
Assist to drive the customer experience by ensuring stores are compliant with all exterior and interior facilities maintenance and cleanliness standards, and advise Retail Project Manager to follow up corporate and vendor contacts on issues.
Be updated from Retail Project Manager on the construction schedules with Corporate Construction partners on new stores and remodels

10% Operational audit &Shrinkage Control:
Monitor company inventory control and shrink strategies and priorities.
Guided by Retail Operations Manager, oversee all operational task management, and ensure stores within region are in compliance as it relates to all non-merchandising functions, inclusive of front end, cash procedures, price changes and back of house responsibilities.
Responsible for Loss Control program and directs compliance in the region on established company policies and standards related to Safety, Cash handling, Merchandise Logistic and SOX procedures.


 

Requirement:
2-3yrs of Retail Operations Supports role.
Demonstrated ability at driving implementations of Retail Operation Policy and processes.
Thorough understanding and experience in retail merchandising, logistics, shrinkage and store operations.
