Responsibility:
1. Sourcing of Chinese (+ other countries in Asia) suppliers. Main products: auto motive parts, mechanical spare parts, medical products, furniture...etc.
2. Assist on suppliers’ sourcing, development, evaluation and integration, and maintain suppliers’ information and data in time.
3. Be responsible for product’ inquiry, comparison and negotiation meanwhile trace all processes of PO to ensure good price, on-time delivery and shorten lead time.
4. Audit of new ones and development of existing supplier network.
5. Follow-up with processing of mold and samples of new product to ensure on-time launching of new project.
6. Follow-up with processing of order to ensure product quality(both in process and before outgoing) and on-time delivery of project.
7. Offers preparation and sending for Europe markets.
8. Follow-up of comingorders and quality control.
Requirement:
1. College degree or above, native Chinese with standard written and spoken English.
2. Office suite (Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel / Word) compulsory.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. High ethical standards and professionalism is required.
5. Based in Shanghai Office (JING'AN district).
