负责船务公司海运单证相关工作

Responsibilities:

1. Input b/l detail in DCS according to the shipper’s booking order/BL confirmation.

2. Provide draft b/l to shipper for their reference and update b/l according to shipper’s information.

3. Finish the manifest and print RCL OB/L to issue after the vsl sailed.

4. Releasing RCL OB/L to shipper

5. Submit manifest data to port of discharge.

6. Revise the OB/L as shipper’s request before the vsl closed.

7. Checking cntr’s POD report, t/s prot report and final loading report with Operation.

8. Check all shipment’s freight term and provide the correct Eraning report to Rcl freight and accouting to prepare the invoice.

9. To supervise the ob/l amendment after the vsl closed and collect the related penalty .

10. All relevant documents for said vessel are to be files together
