职位描述
岗位职责
1、起草分行计划总结、工作报告、行领导讲话稿等综合性材料；
2、协助处理全行各类文件及相关文字材料，包括文件拟办、核稿等；
3、协助全行会议筹备、组织工作，做好会议纪要、编发工作简报等；
4、起草制订办公室相关工作制度并组织培训、实施；
5、参与各类信息调研，撰写调研报告，为领导决策提供参考；
6、参与全行战略规划制订，撰写战略研究报告。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，10年以上工作经验；
2、敬业爱岗、吃苦耐劳，有较强的沟通能力和团队服务意识；
3、熟悉国家金融政策，有较高的经济金融理论水平和战略研究能力，了解银行办公室业务专业知识；
4、有扎实的文字功底和较强的语言运用能力，对文字工作有浓厚的兴趣；
5、有财经类报刊理论版记者、编辑工作经历，或者有银行业务岗位工作经验，并在省、市级经济金融理论刊物上发过3篇以上理论文章者优先
