职位要求：

1．40岁以下，硕士及以上学历，药物制剂或相关专业；

2．熟悉新药研发流程和相应技术指导原则，具有五年以上药物制剂研发实践经验；

3．具有良好的英文水平和很强的资料检索、分析、整理能力；

4．有大型研究机构，科研单位和企业研发部门工作经验者优先；

5．从事过特殊制剂（靶向、脂质体、纳米微乳剂、缓控制剂）研究者优先；

6. 工作认真负责、积极主动、较强的沟通和协调能力以及项目管理经验。

岗位职责：

1．独立负责进行药物制剂部分设计、开发和研制工作，包括制剂处方设计筛选、制剂工艺优化、制剂稳定性考察、中试放大生产等新药制剂相关研究；

2． 对试验数据进行整理统计分析，撰写相关注册申报研究资料和原始记录；

3． 负责注册申报样品和临床研究样品的制备；

4． 熟练掌握相关试验仪器设备的操作和日常维护，熟悉HPLC等分析仪器，

5． 能承担新工艺、新产品工艺的验证、转化工作；

6． 跟踪国内外制剂最新研究进展，掌握医药领域的最新动态及政策法规；

7． 配合完成制剂大生产。
