ITEM AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Ranking order of importance, if possible simple and straight
[WHAT] PURPOSE OF RESPONSIBILITY
in order to achieve what results
simple and straight [WHY]
1 Measure and analysis escalator power consumption to validate KONE escalator energy efficiency theoretical calculation tool, optimize the tool. Keep the theoretical power calculation close to product capability.
2 Initiate and perform test to Identify and specify the root cause of energy waste and provide professional innovation solution. Improve product energy performance to keep the competitiveness in the market
3 Promote energy efficiency work within KONE organization Improve the product delivery performance
4 Support to Other product development project include CBM Keep new product development aligned with ECO Efficiency vision.
5 Other works for escalator performance improvement Support whole Esc Tech and CRD KPI achievement
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Electrics related Major, strong technical background.
- 3 years above technical working experience.
- At least 1 years product performance test experience
- Self-driven individual with strong teaming and communication skills
Technical Competences Requirement:
- Basic knowledge & Skill
Electrical application knowledge including motor, inverter, power etc.
Good speaking and written English preferred.
Visual basic SW language is plus
- Tools & system
Familiar application of power meter, power analyzer
Experience application of Microsoft office SW
Interview Measurement Criteria:
- Paper test for theoretical knowledge above 60points
- Proficiency use of power measuring tool
- Competence based interview evaluation
Behavior Competences Requirement (for professional role) / Leadership Competence (for managerial role):
- Self-driven individual with strong teaming and communication skills
- Deep diving mind
