Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility 主要职责 / 责任
? Correct products into specification and monitor progress of reactors, blenders and mixers in order to safely and efficiently manufacture resins to the highest quality standards.
按照规格纠正产品的反应，监视反应釜、搅拌釜、调和釜中的进程，安全和高效地制造出产品，并使产品达到最高的质量标准。
? Transfer resins into appropriate finished product storage as defined by shift management. Manually/ automatically fill the drums with finish goods
 按照领班的要求，把产成品转移到适当的存放地点。手动或自动地灌装产品。
? Carry out daily cleaning and housekeeping activities as defined by shift leader ensuring that all work areas are left tidy at all times.
按照领班的要求，执行每天的清洁和内务整理任务，以确保所有的工作区域一直保持整洁干净。
? Complete hourly checklists ensuring all services are operating safely. (e.g. incinerator inspection)
填写每小时的生产任务检查单，以确保所有的设备、设施在安全地运行。（如：焚烧炉巡检）
? Timely report the facts happened during production process to shift team leader, progress and abnormal situation, provide reference comments initiative and find the way to settle.
及时向领班汇报生产运作过程中的工作进度和异常情况，并积极的提供参考意见和协同解决。
? Manually/ automatically charge raw materials to reactors/blenders/mixers.
手动或自动地把原料投入反应釜、搅拌釜、调和釜中。
? Operate the plant under normal process conditions and rectify/restart equipment as necessary.
在正常反应条件下执行化工操作任务。如需要，调整、重新启动设备。
? Follow all manufacturing instructions and sign for actions.
遵守所有的生产指导书，并在执行相应任务后签署姓名。
? Accept the instruction and monitory of each work by shift team leader, complete each tasks shift team leader arranged.认真接受领班对生产岗位的各项工作指导和监督，完成领班所安排的各项工作任务。
? Undergo training and development activities for SHE and personal development as defined in PDRs and statutory training requirements
在SHE和个人发展方面进行培训并不断提高改进，同时这方面在培训要求和PDR中有详细的说明
? Execute defined SHE and Q policies for Shift Operation
执行岗位既定的SHE和Q(质量)原则。
? Follow Aliancys Values, comply with HR policies and guidelines and actively coach and develop team members.
