职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
In this position you need to actively support and contribute to Finance, Controlling, Legal, Risk Management and Administrative Matters and the Development in the China BU to support the profitable growth as part of the China BU management team.
You are in charge of continuously seeking for opportunities to improve the financial performance of the BU and giving suggestions to GM and Group CFO for development opportunities, such as eliminating costs, finding synergies, boosting the efficiency etc. Also providing and interpreting financial information on a timely basis to assist in the understanding and improvement of the performance of company is needed.
In this position you should participate in the management of the business to achieve required financial results, both in the short and longer term. Besides you are responsible for ensuring the company complies with company reporting, statutory and legal obligations, and group policy and manages the BU’s Finance/Administration, HR and IT functions.
The Business Controller reports to BU’s Manager and is a member of the China BU’s Management Team.

Key Requirements:
? Deep understanding of financial and accounting rules and practices.
? Experience of Financial reporting in international environment (in a subsidiary of a foreign company).
? Good Legal Knowledge of contract, labor and other business related laws and regulations, corporate governance
? Down to earth working spirit
? Excellent team building skills. Determined attitude and project management skills.
? Good communication skills and capability to effective writing
? Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. Cross cultural understanding and strong negotiation skills
