岗位描述:
1.负责后厨新菜单的培训;
2.在团队会议中提出关于厨房标准的培训方案;
3.为公司厨房管理标准的实施提供支持
4.向经理报告经过必要培训未达标的事项,尤其是食品安全以及质量标准;
5.利用合理的工具和设备为厨房团队培训提供支持;
6.确保所有的餐厅系统和流程的正常运转和更新,并且所有厨师循规操作,达到马上诺的标准;
7.与经理一起合作,确定并具体确立您对餐厅培训的需求;
8.参加每周的管理层会议,试图理解餐厅发展优先计划,并在需要时向厨房团队传达和沟通。
9.管理日常的食物库存,并为餐厅的特别需求做好准备;
10.准备好食物和其他非食物的订单,满足经理所要求的最低/高库存量;
11.根据经理的需求完成厨房的班表制定;
12.在公司核心团队的支持下管理所在餐厅的采购和库存盘点控制
13.根据经理的要求盘点库存
14.依据长远政策,确保员工接受所有的配方培训,并协助管理层控制食物成本和废弃率,帮助餐厅的盈利
15.承担各项披萨师主管/披萨师的相关职责
job responsibilities
1. be responsible for training new menu to boh team
2. by delivering training sessions on back of house standards at team meetings
3. by supporting the implementation of company standards for back of house team
4. by reporting to the manager any standards, in particular food safety and quality , that aren’t being meet brand standard .
5. by using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for back of house team
6. by making sure that all restaurant systems and processes are implemented, updated and followed by all
team members to meet pizza express standards
7. by working with the manager to identify and confirm your restaurant’s training needs
8. by taking part in the weekly management meeting to understand the restaurant priorities and communicate to the back of house team as necessary
9. by managing the daily food stock and par preparation for your particular restaurant’s needs
10.by preparing the food and non food orders, meeting par levels as requested by your manager
11.by preparing back of house team rotas as required by your manager
12.by managing the purchasing and inventory control for your restaurant, supported by the core team
13.by counting stock as required by your manager
14.by contributing to your restaurant’s profitability, making sure team members are fully trained in
all recipes and by working with the management team to control food costs & wastage
15. by undertaking all accountabilities, as detailed below, for pizzaiolo captain/pizzaiolo

5. ability to build and maintain a first class restaurant team that delivers consistent results;
