Responsibility:
Be responsible for forecast accuracy, monitor results on monthly basis and take necessary action to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
？ Work closely with internal/external customers to drive the forecast process being appropriately performed and provide forecast training to customers.
？ Choose appropriate inventory management strategies to maintain the safety stock and replenishment at a high service level to customers, especially for slow moving/abnormal stock handling.
？ Assist customers to manage their inventories, optimize and update all DRP related master information parameters on regular basis.
？ Maintain data integrity and accuracy in DRP/planning system, provide related report to internal/external team members.
？ Act as the key contact window with Global demand Planner on forecasting and planning, develop solutions to make sure a smooth region-global handover is conducted.
？ Work with internal/external vendors for supply issues handling, communicate with customer service and other functions in terms of PO follow-up.
？ Be focal point to 3PL service provider on the communication of daily warehouse operation such as inbound/outbound, inventory accuracy and performance indicators outcomes.
？ Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualification：
？ Standards or pharma related industry is preferred.
？ Strong analytical capabilities, be familiar with MS Office (Excel & Access) and other necessary database tools.
？ Good ERP knowledge such as SAP and IFS.
？ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related disciplines
？ Fluent spoken and written English.
？ Be familiar with MS Office (Excel & Access) and other necessary database tools.
？ Good communication and presentation skills.
