职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work with US engineering colleagues as a liaison to our factories to ensure designs are producible at the lowest cost with the highest possible quality.
? Utilize Solidworks CAD for draft and moldability analysis to create models that are tooling ready.
? Interact and collaborate with tool makers to ensure that the tooling meets our company standards.
? Obtain and preserve all tool designs in company PDM system.
? Define DFM documentation and communicate and enforce design change processes.
? Problem solve part/assembly issues and tooling issues, work with US team to resolve.
? Coordinate qualification testing and participate in the process of plastic component approval.
? Specify plastic materials and assist with documentation of components to meet vendor capabilities.
? Coordinate and manage prototypes at approved factories
? Coordinate and manage factory start up and production of new and existing products
? Problem solve part/assembly construction issues and work with US team to resolve issues
? Perform regular quality checks at our factories to ensure a high level of quality and adherence to documentation.
? Create manufacturing assembly specifications and detailed drawings to Regalo Engineering standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Fluent in English and Chinese communications, both written and verbal (CET4 minimum requirement).
? College degree with production engineering experience.
? Experience with engineering documentation systems, processes and procedures.
? SolidWorks proficiency with at least 3 years’ experience, Certified Solidworks Professional preferred.
? Experience with injection mold tooling, sewing, fabrics and/or weldment fixturing.
? Experience with Product Data Management software for CAD systems is extremely beneficial.
? Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
? Knowledge and experience with juvenile products is an advantage. 举报 分享
