职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

- Support the basic work on regular payroll work.

- Maintain HR database and report accurately and efficiently.

- Responsible for employee personnel filling and all kinds of C&B document management in the structural way timely and correctly.

- Responsible for employee leave records and related reporting, in the line with local government and company’s regulation.

- Responsible for social insurance, public housing fund and individual income tax, with contribution in government bureau.

- Responsible for the supplementary insurance, and oversea travel insurance related.

- Support related C&B project, which refer to function’s project each year.

- Window person for company’s policy and government regulation.

- Other work assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- Bachelor degree or above

- Good logical thinking

- Good learning ability

- Good communication skills and teamwork

- Good oral and written English, good computer competence

- Integrity, Reliable, initiative and high willing to do C&B basic work
