职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责网络以及服务器（windows，linux）的网络设置、维护和优化、网络的安全监控、系统性能管理和优化、网络性能管理和优化、故障应急处理；
2、数据库日常管理、备份和优化；
3、服务器软硬件、系统与应用平台管理，包括状态监控、性能分析及优化，问题跟踪；
4、分析、解决系统中重大故障，性能瓶颈等相关问题；
5、完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格：
1、具有计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、拥有两年以上的机房操作经验，能熟练掌握服务器、网络设备的故障排查、维修、更换等；
3、熟悉Windows Server操作系统，熟练进行系统分区、安装、系统配置和管理；
4、熟悉主流Linux操作系统，熟练进行文件系统分区、安装、系统配置和管理；
5、熟悉服务器日常维护、系统优化、调试、维护、监控、备份、故障处理、补丁安装等技术及操作规范；
6、熟悉网络安全产品，精通网络安全技术；
7、持有CCNA或CCNP等证书者优先；
8、工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力，能承受较大工作压力。 举报 分享
