职位描述：
OBJECTIVE
？ You will join a team of control strategy and modelling experts within the Application project Group. You will perform feasibility study by simulations.
？ You will lead the complex field issues investigations, from a system level point of view. You will take care of issues during development phase of application projects (durability failures, interface failures, calibration issues, NVH etc)
？ You will support HQ in defining new functions, take part in the roll out of new control strategies and functions.
？ Discuss new interface requirements with EMS and customers
？ Take part in external technical communication with 3rd parties
？ You can give training on transmission technology
RESPONSIBILITY
？ All above described tasks.
？ The progress and quality of project-related issue solving and field issues on system level
？ A good customer support and image of Punch to the customer.
？ Takes initiative to continuously improve and innovate
Is needed by
？ Very Good Communication in written and speaking, in Chinese AND English
？ Proper and well taken care of appearance
？ Diplomatic
？ Proactive
？ Customer oriented
？ A team player
？ A master degree in the field of mechatronics or electro-technics or mechanics
？ 3-year of experience in a similar project environment is an asset.
？ Proceed according to a good methodology in development and problem solving.
