职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities
? Sub Project Manager role for ATS (After Treatment System) customer projects (LD,MD,HD, OHW)
? Responsible for the HW, SW Layout of ATS according to current and future emission legislation and customer requirements, e.g. CN6.
? Cooperate closely with the design, calibration engineer, DNOx, sensor components area and the customers to define the ATS customer validation programs on test bench and in-field (Fleet validation).
? Verification of system functions on test bench (Labcar, Engine) and vehicle incl. measurement and analysis
? Explain SW control functions to Customers.
? Support of ECU series release (EMC measurement, EOL concept, system release, series preparation)
? Responsible for Sample definition, preparation, testing (test bench and vehicle) and data evaluation including test reports
? Use requirements engineering, focus analysis etc. product engineering tools to identify the potential risks of the ATS, and define necessary test and validation programs.
? Conduct online validation tracking by using CCU data
? Responsible for evaluation of test results for POC (proof of concept phase) and release of the ATS
? Responsible to set up the ATS specification (TCD), FMEA, technical profile
? Implement 8D, root cause analysis etc. quality tools to make the trouble shooting in the development or series stage.
? Customer support and presentation

Recruitment Requirement
? Engineering or technical Master Degree from a good university
? Experience in System Development, SW, internal combustion engine, calibration or After Treatment area.
? Good communication and leading skills.
? Fluent English Language Skills
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
? Experience in After Treatment, internal combustion engine or FIE, ATS calibration area, SW
? Experience in project management
? Systematic problem solving skills
