1.Potential good supplier development and selection per the instruction of Purchasing Manager；

2.To organize and conduct the new supplier qualification and process quality audit；

3.Internally working with Engineering and Quality to ensure the suppliers understand well about our products requirements；

4.Externally working with suppliers closely to ensure the material availability for new project prototype assembly；
对外与供应商紧密协作，以确保新项目样机装配的物料供给
5.Externally working with suppliers to negotiate the price and other purchasing commercial terms and conditions；

6.Following KB Group Strategy Purchasing Policies；

7.Following and executing the strategy decisions from line Managers；

9. Release order to vendors for all material and follow up delivery date and expedite it clsoely it any special case

10.Handling claims concerning unsatisfactory fulfillment of orders, delayed delivery and quality deviations
针对有关订单不当履行、交付迟延和质量偏差进行索赔
11.Focused on results with strong ability to communicate

12.Handling return process: Communication with WH, quality inspection and supplier
和仓库，质量，供应商联系进行不良品的退还
13. Work together with quality, IE, production for abnormal material issue.

任职要求：
5 years purchasing experience in traditional heavy mechanical manufacturing company,
5 年传统重型机械制造公司的采购经验
Good English reading and writing skill,
良好的英语阅读与写作能力
Good negotiation and communication skill,
良好的谈判与沟通技巧
Strong project and time management skill,
较强的项目与时间管理技能
SAP experience is a prefer.
SAP相关经验者优先
Good strategic purchasing business sense;
对战略采购具有良好的商业意识
具有2年机械设计或者焊接方面的工作经验为佳;

Merak Jinxin Air Conditioning Systems (Wuxi) CO. Ltd, is a plant founded in June, 2008, which is a JV owned company in China invested by Jinxin Group and Merak Spain, belonging to Knorr-Bremse Group, with research and development, production, sales and after-sales set in one -scale enterprise. It specializes in onboard air conditioning system related with metro and railway vehicles. We have Long experiences and references both in European & Chinese Markets, involving products ranges covering all kind of markets and fully understand the needs of different customers.
