POSITION SUMMARY
? This position will be responsible for managing the sales training function for Mainland China region.
? Interacts with field sales, marketing and technical support staff to capture the training needs as well as fulfil the training needs to improve the team capabilities to drive sales growing.
Roles and responsibilities
? Partner Global HR Team and DHR HR team to roll out global and regional core programs through Agela.
? To design and develop Agela annual training plan by consolidating business requirement and talent development needs.
? To evaluate training effectiveness and make proper intervention to improve learning efficiency.
? Evaluate the effectiveness of course content and make the necessary recommendations to existing materials and delivery methods, as well as gather new policy, procedural, and technical updates and ensure the dissemination of these updates through training curriculum.
? To design and facilitate training/communication program for HR project spread to all associates.
? Vendor management and change management
Other related work HRM assigned.
Qualifications
? >3 years of experience with significant presales, basic and tech sales training, program management, and organization effectiveness experience.
? Must have presence to deliver and facilitate training and problem solving skills.
? A system thinking/ strategic perspective to training and development, beyond the development of individual programs is preferred.
? Be flexible and adaptive to highly changing environments.
? Strong project and program management skills to manage timelines, resources, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, communications, and execution of new hire orientation process.
? Must be a strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, handle time constraints, and manage shifting priorities. Must have experience working with virtual teams.
? Strong collaborative skills with local and remote colleagues.
? Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) or up in Human resources, Psychology or business administration is preferred.
? Industry / Commercial working background is preferred.
? Mandarin fluency (in addition to English) is highly desirable
