职位描述：
Accountabilities

? Work with area manager / business representative to implement sales plan and achieve sales target / 与区域经理或业务代表共同执行销售计划达成销售目标
? Work with area manager / business representative to manage distributor & retailors sales in and consumption / 与区域经理或业务代表共同管理批发商和零售商的进货和消化
? Work with area manager / business representative to execute the market campaigns / 与区域经理或业务代表共同执行市场推广活动
? Implement demand creation ( conduct farmer meetings, promotions and trails etc. ) / 执行市场需求拉动工作（召开农民会，实施促销活动，田间试验等）
? Fengda retailer management ( display, sell in and consumption ) / 丰达店管理（店面陈列，进货和消化）
? Field intelligence and provide market information & reports to area manager / business represetative on time / 田间和市场信息的收集汇总并及时报告给区域经理或业务代表
? Support Area Manager or Business Representative on channel management (scan project) / 支持区域经理或业务代表做好渠道管理工作（例如：零售店扫描项目）
