Boutique Operations Intern
Report to Boutique Operation Manager and ensure smooth operations of the Boutique network. Support boutique teams by reinforcing fundamental values of our brand and adherence to the Boutique International Guidelines
Job responsibilities:
? Assist Boutique Operation manager ensure boutique operations are in accordance to International guidelines.
? Assist all Boutiques with daily operational matters & requests
? Coordinate with Boutique for all maintenance request with suppliers.
? Update and communicate the standard operating procedures.
? Uniform ordering and coordination.
? Assist Boutique Operation manager to prepare the data for sales report.
? Regular update and clean up for Boutique share folder.
? Monitor the application of cash Management in Boutique.
? Assist Boutique Operation manager for contract update for all Boutiques.
? Collect and Update Customer service report and share to Boutique team.
? Suppliers contact list update by monthly.
? BTQ new project support
Job Requirements:
? University student in Business or Marketing related discipline
? Management or Retail knowledge
? Experience for Retail sales and service is a plus
? Customer Service orientated and can accept work in Boutique.
? Ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes
? Good working knowledge of Excel, PPT
? Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment
? Fluency in written and spoken English
