岗位职责
Position Responsibilities：

a.负责本部门项目组产品的开发进度控制及协调工作；
a. Take responsibility for the development process control and coordination of the project products of the department.
b.负责组织多方论证小组的活动，使APQP工作顺利及时进行；
b. Take responsibility for the Cross Function Team and ensure the smooth conduction of APQP activities.
c.负责涉及本部门的质量体系的保持和完善工作；
c. Maintain and enhance the quality control system regarding the department
d.牵头、组织、实施、协调产品开发过程中的各项工作；
d. Initiate, organize, enforce and coordinate all the activities involved in the product development.
e.负责产品项目管理和过程监控。
e. Conduct the management of product project and process supervision
f.组织与参与合同评审。
f. Organize and participate in the contract review.


基本要求
Basic Requirements：

a.模具设计、计算机工程类理等工科相关专业大科以上学历；
Major in tooling design, computer engineering and other science majors
b.受过项目管理、管理学等方面的培训；
Received project management and managerial trainings
c.三年以上设计管理工作经验；
More than 3 years in design and management
d.熟悉汽车相关内饰产品的开发、项目管理和材料分析；
Skillful in development, project management and material analysis of automotive products
e.掌握塑料成型工艺与模具制造工艺；
Mastery in plastic forming process and mold manufacturing process
f.掌握ISO9000，熟悉TS16949质量体系的相关要素；
Mastery of IS09000, TS16949 quality system
g.能组织并完成过程流程图、PFMEA、控制计划等APQP文件；
Can organize and finish flow chart, PFMEA, control plan and other APQP documents
h.熟练使用办公软件、CATIA、UG、PRO/E制图软件；
Familiarize with Micro office, CATIA, UG, PRO/E
i.能组织协调产品开发各阶段的工作。
Can organize and coordinate work during product development phase
j.有出色的协调能力和组织能力；
Good coordination and organizational ability
k.有较强的团队合作与沟通能力；
Good team spirits and communicational ability
l.能吃苦耐劳，能承受较大工作压力；
Hard working can bear working pressure
m.英文流利Fluency in English
