Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The mission of the role is to build the adidas brand as the best sports brand in China through
maximizing innovative and inspirational brand exposure by recommending, planning and
executing initiatives in Online and Mobile Media.


Planning

· Pro-actively co-develops and recommends digital strategies and its derived programs to Director Brand Communication, according to the marketing plan

· Leads input into the annual and quarterly digital plan in close coordination with the agency

· Creates comprehensive action plans for the digital elements of all brand communications projects with the aim to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies

· Recommends and/or develops digital creative material for brand campaigns

· Contributes to the support for all Trade Meetings with the aim to position the brand as set in the objectives

· Remains up to date on the fast developing digital environment


Requirements:

· 3-5 years experience in the advertising or new media dept. with an international brand

· Previous experience in online or mobile marketing in China

· Previous experience with portals in China

· Knowledgeable about China sports casual industry and fashion industry.
