Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Identify & respond to customer inquiries. Provide a client focused first point of contact to answer customer inquiries, process customer orders.
-Process orders for domestic customer and enter order into SAP system. Ensure the accuracy of order entry and changes; -File orders/request according to guidelines/policy; -Set order priorities according to revenue needs, customer needs and special sales situation; -Proactively communicate order confirmations/changes to customer and as well as Buyer -Be knowledgeable about products to answer customer enquiries.
-Coordinate between customer, supply chain and sales team to ensure the success order proceed and product on time delivery;
-Clarify detailed collection info so that Finance team could reverse related AR record; -Various other duties as requested by the department manager
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
-College degree, majored in Business administration, Biology, supply chain, mechanical, electrical, or international trade; International trade and supply chain degree will be preferred;
- 1 years relevant experience.
-Detail - oriented and well organized.
-Rich knowledge with contract terms, conditions, Logistics, business and international trade -Basic knowledge of Finance and credit
-Good communication and teamwork skills with customers, keep "customer satisfaction" as a guiding factor;
-Good English communication skills both in written and oral
-Good computer skills, proficient with ERP system such as SAP and MS Excel.
