Position : Logistics Manager
Dept: Chongqing Branch office
Location: Chongqing
Responsibilities and Key activities:
-Develop new business(Warehouse and Distribution) opportunities and generate profitable sales in Chongqing market that meet and exceed business revenue goals.
-Develop and implement strategic marketing plan.
- Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with customers and key decisions makers to secure business.
-Investigate other logistics company how to implement contract logistics.
-Lead a team of subordinates to manage daily logistics operations and distribution system in the aspect of people, process, system, service quality, resources optimization, cost management and related planning.
-Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, transferred and dispatched; goods / order information capture are fully performed accurately and timely as per agreed SOP and KPI
-Lead and develop teamwork culture, motivate team spirit and maintain high morale of staff to increase productivity, to maintain good communications with all levels, peer groups and with external customer
-Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve or exceed the service standard or target
-Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the Logistics Center and distribution network
Requirements
1. University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in 3PL warehouse management in which 2 years in managerial capacity
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics operations and account management
4. Computer literate including WMS and ERP
5. Good command of written and spoken of English and Mandarin
6. Knowledge of current custom legislation is an asset
