职位 Position: Sales Engineer 销售工程师
部门 Department: Sales and Marketing 销售市场部
Main Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Develop new customers in the area.
开拓区域新的客户。
2. Quotation, Bidding, contract and receive the order from customer etc..following up.
报价，竞标，签合同，订单跟踪。
3.Reach the sales revenue target in the area.
完成销售指标。
4.Set up and maintain relationships with customers.
建立及维护客户关系。
5. Collecting and updating the customer information, marketing information
收集和及时更新客户信息，市场信息。
6. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
完成上级主管交代的其它事宜。
Main Requirements职位要求：
1. College degree, majored at /Electrics / Automation /Mechanical or related;
大专及以上学历，电子、自动化、机电一体化、机械制造自动化、测控、汽车相关等相关专业。
2. At Least 3 years selling experience in testing equipment and production automation products, laser marking, laser welding, relared EMS industry, Robotic applications，auto industry etc. related.
3年以上在测试设备，生产自动化，激光打标，激光焊接，工业机器人，汽车行业设备等相关行业的销售经验。
4. Be familiar with EMS industry，Auto industry, new energy battery, drives, mobile phone manufacturing equipment and process etc..related industries.
熟悉电路板制造业,汽车及零部件，新能源电池，驱动器，手机制造业等的生产设备和生产流程。
5. Excellent network /relations in automation industries.
在自动化行业有广泛的人脉关系。
6. Must be able to work flexible work hours (will be on business trip frequently ).
接受灵活的工作时间，适应经常出差。
7. Independent work ability with limited supervisory.
能够自觉独立的工作。
8. Good communication skills and interpersonal character.
良好的沟通能力和个人品质。
9. Team work skills. 团队合作。
10. Good written/read English language skills; English speaking is a plus， NOT MUST.
良好的英文阅读和书写能力，会讲英语将被优先考虑，但不是必须的。
