职位描述：
Under the guideline of manager, assist to execute following tasks:
1. Drafting, analyzing, reviewing contracts or agreements and contracts filing management;
2. Handling litigations, preparing litigation reports;
3. Drafting, revising various letters or documents upon request;
4. Provide ongoing legal and compliance advice on regulatory issues;
5. Analyze legal issues and issues related to commercial risks, present clear recommendations and assure legal compliance;
6. Participating in negotiations with customers and vendors upon requested;
7. Provide legal trainings to internal staff;
8. Business travel for litigation and legal affairs;
9. Be involved in revising new policies and procedures of company.
10. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Candidate Profile
1.Bachelor's degree or above in law, posses PRC lawyer certificate is plus;
2.With 5+ years experience in legal/compliance department of commercial banks, non-banking financial institutions or law firms specialized in financial area;
3.Good interpersonal skill, negotiation abilities, team cooperation spirit, with great passion for work;
4.Good command of both oral and written English;
5.Quick learner, can work under pressure;
6.Be good at Word, Excel and Power Point.
