职位描述：
岗位及职责要求：
[主要职责] (Key Responsibility)：
1、负责建立工厂的环境、职业健康、安全相关的管理流程。
Responsible for the establishment of the enviromental,occupational health,work safety management process for the plant.
2、推行EHS相关的管理工作，确保公司相关的生产活动符合EHS的相关法律规范要求。
Implement EHS management work,ensure the activities in the workshop are in accordance with EHS laws and regulations.
3、定期进行生产现场的安全生产风险评估，及时落实对发现问题的整改。
Periodically carry out safety assessment at worksite,lead the root cause and actions for the findings in time.
4、根据现场的安全检查及设备操作指导文件，负责车间设备设施的安全操作指导书制定及维护。
Responsible for create and update of workshop machine, facility safety working instructions based on workshop safety assessment and machine working manuals.
5、定期进行生产现场的环境评估，及时落实对发现问题的整改。
Periodically carry out enviromental assessment at worksite, lead the root cause and actions for the findings in time.
6、集合现场的环境评估及化学品的MSDS报告，负责车间化学品安全操作指导书制定及维护。指导对车间的化学品进行正确的管理。
Responsible for create and update of workshop chemical substance safety working instructions based on workshop environmental assessment and chemical MSDS. Guide to do the correct management for workshop chemicals.
7、负责公司的废品处理流程的建立及执行。
Responsible for the waste management process set up and implementation.
8、定期开展EHS相关的培训活动，确保一个全员参与的管理过程。
Periodically implement EHS training courses, ensure a environment that all employees are invloved in EHS management process.
9、负责公司的劳保用品的定义及管理。在车间开展劳保用品使用的执行情况，及是否正确使用，避免安全风险及劳保用品的浪费。
Responsible for workshop PPE definition depend on working conditions and do the management of PPEs,do the check in the workshop if the implementation by operators are correct, avoid safety risks and no waste of PPEs.
10、协助生产部门领导推行5S管理工作，定期开展5S检查并监控现场改善确保及时的完成。
Assist production leader implement workshop 5S management process. Carry out periodically 5S check and monitor the improvements for to ensure the findings been closed in time.
11、作为生产部门助理，肩负部门内部的行政工作。协助部门经理及主管进行部门内及部门间的协调，确保工作顺利开展。
Act as production department assistant in doing department administative work. Coodinate internally and externally to other department, ensure adminstrative work been done smoothly.
12、完成上级布置的其他临时任务。
Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

[任职资格] (Qualifications)：
1、环境管理或安全相关专业教育背景；
Enviromental,safety related major.
2、3年以上EHS行业从业经验；
Above 3 years EHS function working experience.
3、熟悉国家安全生产及环境保护相关法律法规；
Familiar with national safety production regulations and enviromental regulations.
4、熟悉对机加工及热处理行业的岗位风险评价及熟悉相关的化学品管理；
Familiar with the risk assessment for machining process and heat treatment process,familiar with the chemical substance management of these processes.
5、有车间5S管理经验；
With workshop 5s implementation experiences.
6、英语口语良好。
