职位职责:Job description
协助人力资源体系建设:根据公司整体发展战略,参与制定公司人力资源规划及年度重点工作计划,协助建设人力资源管理制度体系,搭建管理流程,创新管理机制,奠定人力资源管理基础。
Assist in constructing Human Resources Management System:According to the company's development strategy, assist in formulating human resources management plan,establishing human resources system, Setting up management process, innovating management mechanism, and so on,to found the basis of human resources management.
策划人力重点工作方案:根据公司经营情况及业务需求,深挖公司内外部资源,组织策划人力资源重点管理项目,如职位优化、编制管理、绩效管理体系建设、人才发展体系建设、核心人才库建设等,促进人力资源体系化管理。
Make plans for key projects:According to the company's business development and needs, make the use of internal and external resources, to organize and plan the key projects, such as optimize the position and staff planning, build performance management system, construct talent development system, construct the core talent pool, etc.
组织人力管理工作推进:根据月度和重点工作计划,做好日常人力资源工作和重点管理项目组织和协调,监控各具体工作推进进度,协调各单位共同做好员工管理。
Organize key activities: Organizing and coordinating the management activities on the basis of month plan and key project plan, monitoring the work, and giving help to different departments to manage staff.
协助团队建设:负责部门员工月度绩效考核;负责指导、培训下属提升岗位技能。
Assist team building: Responsible for doing monthly performance appraisal for department staff, and guiding, training them to improve job skills.
领导交办的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
任职要求:job requirements
1. 35周岁以下,管理专业本科以上学历,5年以上人力资源管理工作经历,精通2个以上人力资源业务模块;
Under the age of 40, have a bachelor degree or above, have minimum of 5- years- experience in a generalist HR position and be Proficient in more than 2 modules.
2. 熟练掌握英语听说读写技能,能将英语作为工作语言使用;
Have good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can use English as working language
3. 有高度的责任心,思路清晰,工作计划性强、执行力强,有良好的抗压能力,有出色的沟通表达能力,能够灵活应对、协调工作中的各类问题。
Have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong logical thinking skills and capable executive, could finish work under high pressure,have excellent communication skills, could deal with various problems properly.
4. 具备优秀的文字处理能力,熟练使用OFFICE办公软件;
Good at writing, proficient in OFFICE software.
5. 参与过薪酬管理及具备薪酬制度建设工作的优先考虑。
Who has taken charge of C&B management or has constructed C&B system is preferred.
