Job Responsibility:
1) Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect materials and services
2) MRO supplier sourcing, pricing bechmarking & negotiation and supplier selection
3) Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated in workflow
4) Keeping the MRO material Prices accurate and updated in workflow
5) Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
6) Daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand.
7) Support MRO manager on evaluation and qualification of suppliers for integrated commodities.
8) Support ACH-P-MRO manager on price negotiation for integrated items
9) MRO Process control , drafting, review, publishing, cascade to all plants..etc
10) Supply base control of MRO nationwide / consolidation, and supplier master data maintenance
11) Contract negotiation and signing
12) Other task assigned by Manager of MRO, and VPs
Requirements：
1) 3 years of working experience in WOFE/JV in the field of MRO/Indirect Materials & Services sourcing
2) Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus
3) Automotive industries will be a plus
4) Self-motivated, independent
5) Ability to coordinate strategies/activities across multiple business functions and regions
6) Customer and Results-Oriented
7) Proven problems solving skills and extremely decisive
8) Strong ability to work under pressure
9) Systematic and structured working style
10) High degree of integrity, code of conduct and business ethics.
11) Able and willing to travel whenever necessary, can stay on site when necessary
12) Understand the supply base of Indirect materials & services and cost drivers
13) Fluent in English writing, speaking and listening.
14) ERP knowledge, especially Mfg-Pro QAD, excellent IT literate & soft wares
15) Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, can work with people up/down of corridors and side ways
16) Project management experience with x-sites sourcing consolidation and leading change management in sourcing – a plus
