职位描述：
Responsibility
+ In close contact with customers, process engineers and business managers, you will design and deliver solutions to support the logistics services and business processes.
+ You will have a wide responsibility, both for new implementations and for improvement and sustainment of existing processes.
+ Give advice to business and IT management with regards to business processes and IT solutions.
+ Tune wishes and problems with business partners and stakeholders in the business
+ Draft and present proposals and recommendations (both written and verbal)
+ Implement IT solutions in the framework of projects, change requests and problems.
+ Analyze requirements and problems
+ Design solutions and configure WMS
+ Draft (describe) detailed specifications for programs, such as EDI and documents
+ Guide software engineers and test the delivered programs
+ Train users, organize and guide the implementation (start-up and stabilization)
+ Make documentation to maintain the IT solutions
+ 1st line support:
+ Receive and analyze incoming incident reports (IT problems)
+ Determine severity level, organize solution process and follow-up until completion
+ Communicate to stakeholders, esp. in case of severity 1 incidents (IT disruptions)
+ Analyze root cause and lessons learned; take preventive measures also &outside office hours" if needed
+ Improve ways-of-working in the IT organization:
+ Come up with idea's to improve ways-of-working in the IT organization
+ Implement improvements
+ Structure and organize the work:
+ Make individual work plan
+ Tune with managers in projects and IT department; ask for priorities if necessary
Requirements:
+ Higher educational level of working and thinking (university or higher professional education) level in the direction of IT and/or logistics
+ Experience with configuration of WMS (preferably Red Prairie Dispatcher)
+ Experience with implementations of WMS of process improvements
+ Wide knowledge of IT in general (e.g. about operating systems, databases, network, IT processes).
+ Able to communicate with IT experts in other domains
+ Able to communicate to a wide audience (managers and warehouse floor)
+ Work in teams, have a positive impact in teams and colleagues
+ Assertiveness to balance business requirements against IT (policy) rules
+ Good level of English language, both speaking and writing
+ Database management skills is a plus.
