职位描述：
This role is to support marketing manager to build up and establish Hoka’s sports network in China, with athletes, coaches, media and influencers. Through grassroots events and athletes’ seeding, he/she will need to explore potential partners for future events and signature runners. He/she also needs to support marketing manager on day-to-day works to enhance Hoka brand awareness and sales performance.

40% Build up and manage brand network with athletes and coaches.

-Daily social with brand coach and brand potential athletes and sports influencers that brand seeded with Hoka products to understand their needs and feedback towards our brand and products, as well as their sports lifestyle.

-Generate constructive insights on a regular basis towards our brand and products for marketing planning and business development purpose.

-Explore potential coach and athletes for Hoka in China by providing fact-base comments and data on seasonal basis.

30% Sports marketing activation execution.

1)Seeding

-Manage seasonal / monthly / ad-hoc seeding for Coach / athletes / media and other influencers

-To collect try-on reports after each seeding for content generation purpose.

2)Event execution

-To assist marketing manager to execute big-scale event STC or Ironman, including but not limited to sponsorship partner exploration, negotiation and venue design, setup, on-site support, sales support, coach management, as well as data base collecting from event, and review report.

-To assist marketing manager to execute sports grassroots events according to marketing calendar and event timeline, including but not limited to event venue design, setup, on-site support, collecting data base from event, as well as event review reporting.

20% Routine works

-To assist marketing manager to explore Hoka GWP opportunity and gather insights from brand network people.

-To build up sports activation timeline and draft proposal and reports

-Payment handle for sports marketing, as well as routine status report, etc.

-Brand visual/campaign assets download from global drivers and build up / maintain sports marketing filing system.

10% Personal sports capability builds up

-Join the selected races

-Join product trainings and then train the coach

Education & Experience:
University degree or above;
At least finish 1 Marathon

Functional Competencies:
- Marketing background, with experience to implement event/campaign/project;

- Strong in one or two sports like triathlon, cycling / road running, trail running, etc.;

- Strong intention lives with activity and brands;

- Personal connection in sports/outdoor industry with athletes, association, KOL, community etc. will be a plus;

- Sports marketing background with knowledge on sports assets exploring & maintenance will be a plus;

- Experience in sports event planning, execution & results tracking will be a plus;

Proven Skills in:
