Job Scope:

1. Key customer visit and follow up and joint call with salesman, training course for freshman.

2. Weekly and monthly report to location head, servicer owner, liner team and relative parties.

3. Internal monitoring of service performance, team target achievement and sales KPI.

4. Sales meeting and manger meeting

5. Cross monitoring for barge, space, equipment, pricing, payment, and invoice issue with OP, CS and F /A team.

Job Responsibility

1. To overall responsible for COC/SOC outbound and inbound sales performance of all RCL products.

2. To lead COC & SOC sales team as per Sales Strategies set to ensure that the set target BSA/RPT & KPI is being achieved at all times.

3. Keeping close contact with existing key client & canvassing new potential sales business to/from Guangzhou.

4. To monitor sales activities regularly and to have joint call with Sales to update client of RCL’s new product and to build up good relationship with them.

5. To coordinate with other dept to ensure customer satisfaction to be met. Especially to co-ordinate with Account Dept and to lead sales team to closely follow up with client to ensure that no long overdue invoices are outstanding.

6. To liaise with liner team to ensure freight policy matched market rate so that Volume, RPT & MPT target are being achieved at all times.

7. Manage and monitor weekly booking forecast everyday to ensure fully utilize space both on 1st leg and 2nd leg. Liaise with liner team for space and rate negotiation.

8. To collect & update the competitor activities & market trend of various trade lanes then feedback to superior and HQ via e-mail or in Market trend report.

9. Conduct sales meeting with sales team and summarize each service loading/forecast details, analysis the root for tight/poor service and make action to keep volume stable.

10. To prepare & submit the ad hoc Service Study/Market Intelligent report and the weekly Tactical & WMR & MMR report to location head, Regional and liner team as required.

11. End of the year to discuss & prepare the Budget & Roadshow Presentation material with Sales team. Then, to formulate a long term strategic planning with Location head & HQ for coming year.

12. To prepare Job Orientation and arrange training for new staff.

13. To prepare customer survey for monitor the satisfaction as least once a year.

14. Conduct sales man for individual sales KPI achievement, monitor customer’s support with mowing report.

Required Competency:

1. University degree or equivalent level, shipping/transportation/marketing or relevant subject is preferred.

2. Good English communication skills with both fluent in written & spoken.

3. Good knowledge of Office Software, skillful in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

4. Minimum 6 years’ experience in shipping field and 3 year sales/marketing experience.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

6. Aggressive and self-initiative with good team work spirit.

7. Open minded and has good business acumen, work under pressure.
