职位描述：
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
Recruitment:
? Post recruitment ads on recruiting channels according to hiring request and refresh related online channels daily;
? Screen applicants’ CV for basic compliance with position qualifications;
? Follow up interview procedure such as contacting applicants for interview arrangement, materials collecting and interview feedback following up etc.;
? Updating recruitment report according to the real-time status;
? Assist on board process including collects new joiners’ materials according to check list and send out welcome letter;
Training:
? Coordinate with training implementation and updating training report which is based on training plan;
C&B:
? Collect employees’ leave application forms and updates leave database real-timely;
Employment:
? Conduct work permit, visa updating for expatriate employees within the expiration;
? Renew residence card for local employees;
? Handle visa applications for local employees;
? Apply insurance for employees’ oversea travel.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求
? BA degree with management or economics related majors;
? Good Microsoft Office skills such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.;
? Good interpersonal skills;
