Digital Alchemy Consulting is a leading Database Marketing Service Provider, bringing marketing automation, strategy and analytics together to ensure our clients understand where the opportunities are in their customer base and have the capability to execute and deliver that value.
We are seeking a number of highly organised and customer-focused individuals to join our Client Operations & Support team to provide application and database support for our growing client base.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT support/help desk professional looking to succeed in a unique, rewarding and high performing environment.

We are seeking a number of highly organised and customer-focused individuals to join our Client Operations & Support team to provide application and database support for our growing client base.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT support/help desk professional looking to succeed in a unique, rewarding and high performing environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize problem solving and technical skills to analyse and investigate data and related issues
- Test new data elements, structures and functionality that support or impact current work
- Liaise with several teams to resolve any issues and improve clients' performance
- Monitor daily operation
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ensure strong client service and satisfaction by meeting the needs and requests of clients in a complete and timely manner
- Dealing with overseas clients on a daily basis
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-3 years relevant experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in IT
- Technical understanding of SQL and Windows
- Unica & Cognos experiences are a plus, but not a must
- Some knowledge of relational databases
- English oral and written communication skills
- CET-6 with a score of minimum 500
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience in working with large organisations - particularly telco, insurance and financial services is a plus
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Notes:
- Only English will be used in work environment
- Working in shifts is required ( We have the shuttle bus to pick up )
- Full training will be provided
